Motivation: If It's Possible in the World, It's Possible for You

Author: Jeff Herring

Here's a couple of thoughts on the power of motivation:

"If it's possible in the world, it's possible for me."

"If one man can do it, another man can do it."

I can't remember where I first found the first quote, but it's very powerful. Just consider what is possible in this world.

The second quote is from the movie "The Edge" with Anthony Hopkins. This quote implies that success leaves clues that anyone can follow.

So many people have taken one or two small ideas and carried them to massive success. Bill Gates started out with an idea in his garage and created Microsoft, the company whose computer program helps me write this article.

Have you ever considered that Bill Gates was not born "Bill Gates"? What I mean is, he wasn't born rich or famous. He simply took an idea and was persistent in his efforts.

Look around you and notice all that is possible

Decide what you want to do. Find someone who has done it or is currently doing it.

Then do two things:

1. Follow their trail of success, follow their clues.

2. Then put your own twist on it. Make it your own.

If it's true that if it's possible in the world it's possible for you, then I have a question I suggest you answer for yourself and then act on it:

"Just what would you like to be possible for you?"
