Art-Science For The Proper Life

Author: Willie Krut

There are voices that talk to us from the depths of our soul. These are complaints and recommendations of a body, the requests and orders of our brain. Sometimes they are so loud that we must obey them at once, but more often they are quiet and not understandable.

Each of us has a natural self-intuition. But only babies, for some time while they are closer to the animal ancestors than to their parents, still have it on a higher level. But they are still helpless because they don't realize the power of self-intuition. Pregnancy and some illnesses raise the level of self-intuition. The mature person, affected by external influences, doesn't hear the internal voices very well. He eats when he doesn't want, he doesn't sleep when he wants, his activity is tied since his childhood, when he continually heard: "don't spin", "stop talking ?, "sit strait ", etc.

He forgets how to run, jump, and climb and soon he stops being a natural multi-athlete. He closes the windows and instead of fresh air breathes the exhalations of his own body even when all his cells demand the fresh ions and oxygen. His set of doubtful reflexes has completely confused him. The flow of the foggy pseudo-desires and pseudo-needs shuts down the good ones. The first cigarette and the first glass of alcohol are always disgusting, almost all dangerous things in the beginning warned us with unpleasant feelings, even with slight ones, but because we are slaves to a civilization we are "bravely ? forcing our body to agree with it. For the time being...

It would be too bad if the self-intuition in us will decay completely. Luckily, during moments of serious danger it, in most cases, wakes up and it become not as easy to completely destroy ourselves. But mainly it happens not often, usually when we are completely losing our internal balance. The small, already unpleasant, but tolerant problems are the most dangerous ones.

Only some people in our civilization somehow are still easily able to manage natural self-intuition. They are calm, flexible, and don't allow the self-violence, and always, without special reasons, know what to do for their own benefits. These people have talent of self-preservation and they are the healthiest and long lived of mankind.

Maybe soon science and the instinctive wisdom of human kind will merge into something uniform like an art-science for the proper life, about which a lot of people have dreamed of.

Close and quiet introspection helps to restore a part of the self-intuition and lets us listen to the true nature.
